General Information:
• Soar is closed for Easter from April 21st-24th.
• This month will be our last watch weeks for the year. Small Dance Room Watch Week (April 7th-10th), Large Dance Room Watch Week (April 14th-17th), Art Watch Day (April 28th)
• April invoices have been emailed out. Late fees are applied on April 7th.
• Have you scheduled your registration appointment? This is for summer classes and fall recreational art, dance, and tumbling classes. Reach out by calling or emailing our office manager, shannon@soarcreativearts.com
• Easter focus week will be April 14th-17th. On this week, we will do small devotions with the students.
Dance/Tumbling Info:
• A parent information meeting to learn about our competition teams is Thursday, April 3rd at 6 p.m.
• The Competition Training Camp is Saturday, April 5th. Ages 5-10: 1-1:45 p.m. and Ages 11-18: 2-2:45 p.m. This teaches students the skills that are looked at and how the auditions go.
• Dance families, reminder that on April 10th there are several deadlines – last day to volunteer backstage or usher and to purchase recital flowers and extra programs.
• Recital tickets go on sale on Wednesday, April 30th at 11 a.m. at the Columbia Theatre.
• Senior competition students have the cover photo on Sunday, April 6th at 3 p.m. Please see group messages.
• Dad Dance Schedule is March 29th, April 5th, April 12th, April 26th, May 3rd, and May 17th. Please see your paperwork for who has to be at each rehearsal.
Art Info:
• The last day of art classes is Monday, April 28th.
• The gala is Monay, May 5th at 6 p.m.
