AUGUST (no watch weeks in August)
4th-5th – Competition Team and Hip Hop Crew Jump Start days
11th – Fall Classes begin. August tuition due.
14th – August late fees applied
18th-21st – Merchandise order papers go out (due date – Sept. 4th)
28th – Last day for art students to register for this semester if space is available.
SEPTEMBER
1st – We do still have classes on Labor Day. September tuition due.
1st-4th – Small Dance Room Watch Week
4th – Merchandise Orders due
7th – Late fees applied on overdue accounts
8th – 11th – Large Dance Room Watch Week
8th – 11th – We will start taking dancers’ measurements for costumes
9th – Art Gala paperwork goes out
16th – Art Room Watch Week (last 10 minutes of class)
20th – Competition Team Level Up Workshop
25th – Last day to register for dance for the year if space is available.
29th – Competition Team Costume Sizing Day
30th – Paperwork starts going out about Recital Costume Sizing Week
OCTOBER
1st – October tuition due. (This contains a costume payment for dancers and art gala fee for art students.)
4th – Hip Hop Crew Costume Sizing Day.
6th – Recital Dance Choreography begins.
7th – Late fees applied on all overdue accounts.
6th-9th – Small Dance Room Watch Week
13th-16th – Large Dance Room Watch Week
14th – Art Gala tickets go on sale at Soar
21st – Art Room Watch Week
21st-25th – Recital Costume Sizing Week (You will be given a specific time to come try on cotumes. Regular dance classes are cancelled for this week.)
27th-30th – Shine For Jesus Week (Students can wear bright colored, modest clothes.)
30th – Last day to purchase Art Gala tickets.
NOVEMBER
1st – November tuition is due. (This contains a costume payment for dancers.)
3rd – Spring art registration opens up.
3rd-6th – Small Dance Room Watch Week
7th – Late fees applied to overdue accounts
10th-13th – Large Dance Room Watch Week
18th – Art Room Watch Week
24th- 28th – Soar is closed for Thanksgiving Week.
DECEMBER (no watch weeks in December)

1st – Art Gala at the Berry Barn
7th – December late fees applied to overdue accounts.
15th-18th – Dance and Tumbling Cookies and Milk Christmas Parties
22nd- Jan. 4th – Soar is closed for Christmas and New Year’s Break
29th-30th – Rehearsals for Competition Team and Hip Hop Crew
